Policy & Returns of Printed Items.

You can return an item if the print quality is subpar or there is a defect with the item it self. Please contact Rebecca to make a claim.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
A replacement item will ship as soon as your return lable (will be provided) is scanned by the carrier.

You may not return your printed items for buyers remorse, change of size or color. please be sure of your choice when ordering.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printhouse.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printhouse and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Exchanges & Returns

I do not accept returns. Your item may be exchanged if you contact me within 7 days of delivery. Item must be in unused/unworn condition. item must be returned at the buyers expense with in 15 days of initial purchase.

I am very fair. so in the event you really do not love your purchase, we will work it out. nice guy to nice guy.

All Packages are packed for a safe delivery. Your package is fully insured. If you have any questions or worries please contact Rebecca. A lost package is rare. My main goal is that you are super happy with your purchase.
